Joe Reineke
Joe Reineke is a producer, engineer, and musician with over twenty five years of professional experience and the founder of Seattle Recording Arts and Temple of the Trees studio. Before Seattle Recording Arts, he founded and ran the commercial studio Orbit Audio for over twenty years. His work spans an extraordinary range of artists, including Lady Gaga, Alice in Chains, Puscifer, Macklemore, Pavement, Andre 3000, and The Fray. In 2014, he received a multi-platinum award for his work on Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' multi-Grammy-winning album, The Heist, and he holds a Gold Record for his contribution to the soundtrack of the film Empire Records.
Joe brings a first-hand understanding of today's music business, its demands and its opportunities, along with a stellar network of long-term relationships in the arts and music community. He's been an independent audio educator for nearly a decade and is an AVID-Certified Pro Tools Instructor. As an artist in his own right, Joe has fronted The Meices, Alien Crime Syndicate, and currently Society of the Silver Cross, earning three major label recording contracts along the way. His music has aired in thousands of film and television broadcasts internationally.
