Our campus is built on the foundation of Orbit Audio, one of Seattle’s premier recording and mixing studios. We believe that an advanced technical education of this importance needs to take place in a real working studio. Here, you’ll have access to our world-class equipment – from our large format SSL console, to the racks of vintage and modern outboard gear plus our wide selection of esoteric microphones. Orbit Audio is the place where professionals come to work and we prepare our students to be a part of this network and beyond. You won’t find a better environment to learn in.

Established in 1995, we have been home to a community of producers, engineers and musicians that have defined the Seattle sound for many years. In 2014, we received a Platinum record for our work on Macklemore’s multi-Grammy winning album, The Heist. In 2018, we received another Platinum award for our contribution to Vance Joy’s, Dream Your Life Away. In addition to working with artists big and small, our client base also includes corporations such as Microsoft, Pfizer, NBC, NPR and many others.
